From our Titahi Bay beginnings, we have grown to including several clinic locations in Porirua,Tawa, and Johnsonville. This allows us to provide our high quality physiotherapy service to people living and working throughout Porirua & Tawa, & Johnsonville.

All our clinics are electronically linked so that your clinical notes, which are stored on our secure purpose build software can be available instantaneously at any of our sites. This means that you can receive seamless care across multiple sites should you require flexibility to your physiotherapy location.

  • Physiotherapy began in Titahi Bay Medical centre >20 years ago. Situated in Porirua, Titahi Bay is a wonderful surburb with beaches and stunning views and only down the road from Porirua CBD. The site has 2 treatment rooms and a spacious reception area. Two physiotherapists are available at this site. Director Atif Razvi, practises mostly out of this site. He has a 10 years of post graduate experience and is available to look at complex injuries.

  • Located in the regions longest standing medical facility, Physiotherapy has been part of Waitangirua Health Centre for > 10 years. We provide spacious, comfortable, and private treatment areas. We also have a rehabilitation gym for your use. Aside from one on one physiotherapy consultations we provide exercise programmes in our gym, which includes Activity Based Programmes fully funded by ACC. Our staff are able to assess a variety of injuries and provide the best possible management for you. We have convenient opening hours to accommodate you at the start, middle, and the end of the day.

  • Located in Tawa medical centre, we form part of what is a very busy medical centre. We have a private treatment room with spacious waiting area. Complementing our service is the Bodyshape Fitness Studio, a fully equipped gym facility just across the main road in Tawa Mall, an excellent facility for gym based rehabilitation.

  • North City Physio is proudly associated with the Cityfitness group and we are pleased to annouce our newest clinic in the club in Johnsonville. There is lovely reception area and refreshments available. Plasma TV's and music create a friendly ambience. This site offers a fully equipped gym facility and a private physio room. Aside from a comprehensive range of training equipment there are rows of treadmills, cross trainers and bikes which can be used for rehabilitation purposes. There is almost an unlimited amount of training equipment available along with options such as group fitness, spin classes, programmes and various other fitness options.
