At North City Physiotherapy we seek to form trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with all our referrers. We have predominantly medical centre based clinics as so as part of a multidisciplinary team we want to work with you focusing on providing quality care and better outcomes for your patients. You can download the attached referral document to supplement your practice referral for your patients.

Acromioclavicular (AC) joint injury {PDF -43KB}

An acromioclavicular or AC joint injury refers to an injury to the joint between the end of your collarbone (clavicle) and the upper part of your shoulder blade (acromion).

Ankle strain is lateral ligament injury usually refers to a tear of one or more of the ligaments on the outside (lateral aspect) of the ankle. The lateral ligaments consist of three ligament bands which provide stability to the outside of the ankle joint.

A tear of a meniscus is a common injury for athletes in many different sports from football to basketball. The medial meniscus is more commonly injured than the lateral, as it is less mobile.
