Born had raised in the Porirua region, Atif has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2001. Atif has a broad range of experience working in hospitals and private practice here and overseas. The Titahi Bay clinic Atif started with has been running for more than 20 years and was the first of its kind in the region. Atif has completed postgraduate courses, and exams in manipulative therapy, acupuncture, and is currently completing his Masters post-graduate degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy through the University of Otago. His clinical interests include manual therapy, acupuncture, and orthopedics. Atif is currently supporting and looking after the Porirua Vikings Rugby League club
Outside the clinic, Atif is a passionate cricket player, follower, and supporter. He enjoys movies, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.

Chen has been working at North City Physio for the last 1 year having spent a good deal of time working in the musculoskeletal environment in the private practice in Wellington previously. He has completed post graduate certificate in Western Acupuncture and also extensive courses also manipulative physiotherapy, mulligan, and Mckenzie method.
Outside the clinic, Chen is interested in football and travelling. Chen runs most of our vocational rehabilitation programmes at the Bodyshape Fitness Studio. Being a senior physio in the team he also mentors our younger staff from time to time.
Aine O'Connor

Clinics: Ora Toa Medical Centre and Porirua Union Health Clinic
Aine works and manages our East Porirua clinics at predominantly in PUCHS and Ora Toa Medical Centre. She had been working previously in a variety of places throughout Ireland, in private and public hospitals.
Aine clinical interests include sports physiotherapy, and exercise prescription. Aine is the team physio for the St George Rugby League Club.
Stephen Heron

Stephen is passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He is the current physiotherapist for the Johnsonville Rugby club. Having graduated from the University of Otago 3 years ago Stephen has worked privately in Wellington before moving to Ngarawahia in 2010. He is a keen sportsman playing representative futsal for Wellington and competitive football. He also a trained Kinesio Taper and enjoys using the tape on his clients. Stepehen predominantly works out of our Johnsonville clinic.
Outside the clinic Stephen is a very keen soccer player.

Having graduated from the University of Otago with two degrees in Anatomy and Structural Biology as well as Physiotherapy Gillian joins our team. She is a local Wellingtonian having schooled in Tawa College and worked as a lifeguard in the Porirua and Tawa pools. Gillian has also worked down in Dunedin teaching Pilates as well as recently being the physio for the Miramar Rangers football team. She will be working mostly out of our Titahi Bay, Tawa clinic, and running our Tawa College onsite clinic.
